Refund and Returns Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following cases:

• You received a damaged or defective product.

• You received the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (dry fruits, nuts, and seeds) cannot be returned unless defective.

• Items without original packaging will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email support@dryfruitsdelights.com with your order details and reason for return.

2. We will review your request and confirm if the return is approved.

3. Once approved, ship the item back to our return address (provided via email).

4. After inspection, we will process the refund.

• Refunds are credit within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected.

• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before shipping.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned (if eligible).
